Sociologist with a concentration in International Relations and Mediation and Conflict Resolution

Salomé Maldonado has more than 10 years of experience in the strategic rethinking of social programs, the creation of support networks, relationship building between communities and companies under the “good neighbor” guidelines, and in the implementation of productive and sustainable development projects. In Cardno Latin America, Ms. Maldonado coordinates, designs, plans and executes processes to collect socio-economic information for socio-environmental studies, develops methodology for social engagement and participation, and elaborates community relations plans, with extensive experience in the analysis of the social reality in which the projects exist. She holds a Social Sciences degree with a concentration in International Relations and in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Catholic University of Ecuador. Currently, Ms. Maldonado is pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Responsibility and Corporate Sustainability in Bogotá, Colombia.
